How to book a transfer, fixed prices, payment, confirmation and receipts.

On the homepage, enter your pickup point, destination, date, time and number of passengers. The system shows the fixed price right away. Add your details, any notes for the driver, and you're done in two minutes. The confirmation arrives by email immediately.

The price shown when you book is what you pay. No traffic surcharges, no detour fees, no surprise additions. It already includes vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and luggage handling.

Cash directly to the driver, before the journey starts. For business groups, company vouchers or any special arrangement, write to us before booking and we'll work something out.

Yes. Right after booking you receive a confirmation email with everything: date, time, pickup address, destination, booking reference and driver contact. Keep it handy on the day of the transfer.

Of course. Enter the actual passenger's name and number in the booking form, and the driver will contact them directly on the day of the transfer.

Vehicle, driver, fuel, motorway tolls, airport meet & greet with name sign, flight tracking and standard luggage (1 suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger). Child seats, extended stops and custom itineraries are optional and arranged at booking.

During checkout, look for the "Have a promo code?" field, paste it in and the discount is applied automatically to the total.

Your Transfer

Meeting your driver, airport pickups, vehicles, luggage, child seats and on-board services.

The driver waits in the arrivals area with a sign showing your name. At airports, they stand in the domestic or international arrivals section depending on your flight. Driver name and phone arrive by email before the day of the transfer.

We track flights in real time. If you land late, the driver shifts the pickup time automatically, with no extra cost. No need to ring us, the tracking is built into the service.

One standard suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger. If you have extra luggage, bulky equipment or strollers, mention it in the booking notes so we can check the available space in advance.

Yes. We offer infant seats, baby car seats and booster seats on request, with a small additional fee. Tell us age and number of children at booking so we set up the vehicle correctly.

Our vehicle is a Mercedes V-Class or similar 7-seat minivan, with well-kept interiors, climate control, generous luggage space and USB charging ports. Cleaned and sanitised after every transfer.

Short stops on route (a quick coffee, a restroom break, a photo) are usually fine and free. For longer stops, a sightseeing visit or a real detour, we set it up at booking and tell you right away if the price changes.

No, never. Every transfer is private and exclusive: the vehicle is reserved for your group only. No strangers, no intermediate stops, no detours.

Enter the flight that lands last and pick a pickup time that works for everyone. List the other flight numbers in the booking notes so we can monitor arrivals and coordinate the wait.

Yes. At booking, enter the exact accommodation address or hotel name and we'll take you to the door. In rare cases (historic centres with tricky ZTL access or very narrow streets) we'll stop at the closest accessible point, which is still a few metres away.

The vehicle is allocated based on the passengers and luggage you declare. Undeclared extras can cause space problems, sometimes enough to stop the transfer. Mention them at booking (even overestimating): it doesn't cost more and it guarantees a smooth departure.

For cleanliness and out of respect for other clients, pets are not allowed on board as standard. Assistance animals for travellers with disabilities are always welcome. For special cases, write to us before booking: if the trip works and the animal is in a carrier, we'll look at it.

Yes, this is one of our specialities. We drop you right at the terminal in Civitavecchia for Mediterranean cruises and at the Port of Ancona for Adriatic ferries. We plan the pickup time around your sailing and real traffic times.

Yes. We can put together day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza, Montalcino and the Brunello hills. Multi-stop days (e.g. two wineries plus lunch at an agriturismo) are arranged at booking.

Yes, long-distance runs are core to what we do: Rome, Bologna, Rimini, Ancona, Assisi. Fixed price on these routes too, one driver from start to finish, no swaps and no waiting.

Yes. Alongside Florence Peretola, we regularly handle Pisa, Bologna and Rome Fiumicino, both for arrivals and departures. Flight tracking is included at every airport.

We've worked across central Italy for thirty years, so we know the routes and the alternatives. In case of snow, flooding or sudden closures, we look at an alternative route immediately and update you: getting there safely comes first.

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the transfer. Within 24 hours no refund is due. To cancel, send us an email or WhatsApp message with your booking reference.

Yes, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the service. Within 24 hours the change depends on vehicle and driver availability. Get in touch and we'll tell you straight away if it works.

For on-time cancellations, the refund goes back via the same method used to pay, within 5-10 business days. For cash payments not yet made, nothing has been charged in the first place.

Yes. We are fully licensed NCC operators, and every vehicle carries full insurance for passengers and luggage, as required by Italian law.

Write to us immediately by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference. We'll get the item back to the office at the first available run and arrange shipping: delivery costs are on the customer.
